At Mohawk General Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; however, if you are not, we accept returns on full-price items within 14 days of the delivery date. Please ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags and packaging attached.
Request Authorization
Email our customer service team to request a Return Authorization (RA) number, as we cannot accept any returns without prior approval.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and clearly write your RA number on the outside of the box to ensure efficient processing.
Ship the Item
Send your return back to our Los Angeles flagship store using a trackable shipping method; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects and approves the quality of the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
