We accept returns on full-price items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that all sale items, apothecary, and undergarments are final sale.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Once your order has left our Los Angeles studio, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide via DHL Express. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please be aware that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.
Can I pick up my online order in-store?
Absolutely. Select 'In-Store Pickup' at checkout to collect your items at our Silver Lake location. You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready for collection.

We provide specific measurements for each garment on the product page. Since we carry various independent designers, sizing can vary. If you need further assistance, our team is happy to provide detailed fit advice via email.
